Hello, I'm Melanie, I'm 19 and this is my little corner of the internet; welcome to Mainely Melanie!

When I first started this blog in 2013 it was to keep my family and friends in the loop, and to document my time spent in the USA.

Living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (an incurable, disabling illness) means that things don't always go to plan, and well I'm a stickler for a plan. From adventures across the pond to blanket forts back home, I've decided to share my journey with ME with all you lovely people

 - so pop the kettle on and stay for a while!
